After shopping around for a vehicle that I could drive using a wheel chair I signed a purchase order at Hood Northlake. The next day I went to turn in my paperwork, the Manager came in and TORE UP MY CONTRACT!? It seems his team found another $1000.00 OFF! I can say without a doubt I can send my eight year old daughter to this dealership and she will get the SAME DEAL as ANYONE ELSE! As a person being newly disabled I should be driving a van or minivan. My choice of Mobility? A 2011 Chevy Z71 4x4 Crew Cab 2500HD Duramax! I was not forced to accept LESS because of my wheel chair use. Its a big dealership that delivers small hometown service and support...They have earned a lifetime customer! I have purchased plenty of vehicles, its the FIRST and ONLY TIME I left a finance office smiling. They helped me SAVE money my not pushing unnecessary extended warr. only suggesting what would benefit me most. I have used the service center for regular maint since have been more than satisfied every time. I have used ONSTAR not only to get me where my phone GPS stopped but to help report a drunk driver to the police. They were able to use my location to quickly get to the scene preventing this person from killing someone in the process.
