Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge

Gentlemen, My name is Shovan D. and I am a resident of Kenner, LA. In October of 2012, I bought a 2013 E350 sedan for my wife from MBofNew Orleans. I wish to give you an idea of my experience with your dealership recently : Last Thursday, Februray 28th. on a whim, I decided to change my daughter's leased 4Runner from Toyota. It was 4 years old and I felt bad that she was using the car but had not complained. The lease was ending in March of 2015. I called up MBof New Orleans - Harry A. - from whom I had bought the E350. He called me after about 6 hours to tell me that he could not trade the 4Runner. In the meantime, I sought out the closest dealership - in Baton Rouge - and called Wes C. He answered my call and said he would call me back in 20 minutes !! That was a revelation ! He did call me back and we exchanged notes. Documents that he requested of me were sent to his mail / phone. The next day, Friday, I was conducting a funeral service for a dear friend so I could not speak to Wes. Late on Sunday March 2nd night, I sent a mail and text to Wes. To my surprise, he promptly responded. On Monday, 3rd., I drove up to your dealership with the love of of our lives - our one year old Maltese dog - and met Wes. He had my paper work ready. Then he introduced me to Hess and within an hour perhaps, formalities were complete. With 4 dog biscuits as a present, I was on my way back home. Both Hess and Wes ( note the rhyme ! ) urged me to come back for the first service. One of the best Indian restaurant in the South is a couple of miles from your dealership and I might take up the offer. Then amazingly, with overcast skies, bone chilling cold, rain and slurry, Wes drove nearly 60 miles on Mardi Gras day ( the very next day ), with his wife and daughter to deliver the car to my house so that I could surprise my daughter ! As an immigrant in this country, who came here nearly 30 years back, I have bought a few cars - but this experience was perhaps the best.
