Dealership Sales Review
The salesperson, Lora was great! I want to exempt her from this statement. However, 2 days after I bought my vehicle the check engine light appeared. I was informed by the dealership to take it to Ken Towery, in which for 3 days I received the run around without resolution. I spoke to the dealership manager several times and was verbally told that my vehicle is up to date on all routine maintenance and had zero recalls upon sale. One week later, I received conflicting information from the BMW service department which stated that I needed over $3000 of routine maintenance, repairs and that the car did indeed have a recall. I emailed the local Enterprise branch as well as corporate/customer service email addresses, giving them a chance for resolution. I have received no contact beyond a local level and no solution to the issues which began only 2 days after having the vehicle in my possession. Does anyone know how to contact someone higher up the chain?
