Neither my wife nor I had purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 20 years, but we found an Escape we really liked at Byerly, took the gamble and set up an appointment. Sales consultant Karen Wheeler was PERFECT for helping us navigate the purchasing and financing process and our options, without pressuring us with any up-sales and helping us keep within our allotted budget. I was very impressed with both Ms Wheeler specifically, and Byerly Ford in Shively overall. I know in a few years when my old F250 with 300k miles is finally ready for retirement, I'll be going back to Karen to help get me into a newer truck. Well done!
