Don Jacobs Honda

Our salesperson was Stephanie. She couldn't have been nicer at the time we were looking. She made promises she didn't keep such as coupons for oil changes, free car washes, etc. Not sure if it was an out-and-out lie, but told us this hybrid Honda we bought (used) would get 40 mpg. Wrong! Lucky to get 17 in town. Could not get her to answer the phone when we called the dealership and never returned our calls. Methinks she knew we got suckered? Should've bought another Ford.
