Jeff Wyler Florence Buick GMC

This is the third car I have gotten at Jeff Wyler in Northern KY over the past 10 years, first at their Alexandria location and now I have followed them to their Florence, KY location. Obviously if one is unhappy with an experience of buying or leasing a car you don't go back. I have dealt with several individuals there over the years and have not had any problems and they pass off information well when one of the group is on vacation. I have never had any problems with getting my cars serviced there as well. There is only one other dealer that I have bought multiple cars from over the years. I usually have that sinking feeling as I drive off the lot that I''ve been screwed. But never at Jeff Wyler and that is why I have been back and will continue to come back as long as their management team is working.
