Jeff Wyler Pontiac of Florence Ky, ask f Jeff Anna & Jamie Toliver in sales

We assisted our son in making a quick purchase of a new vehicle as he had just accepted a new job which required extensive travel and his 1998 Jeep Wrangler (modified for off-road) was totally impractical and had 98,000 miles on it. Our son had a great credit score but only one line of credit, as a user on our credit card while in college. He intended to finance a small portion of his purchase in his name only, to help build creit in his name. I, his father, did most of the background search with dealerships as my son had already started his two-week training for his new job. After deciding upon a new Pontiac G-6 as his vehicle of choice I sent a generic email from Edmund's web site to solicit prices from various dealerships. 7 dealerships within an hour's drive of Georgetown, KY responded to my generic email. One responded about 3 weeks AFTER the purchase was made, another responded about a week AFTER the purchase was already made. Apparently all dealerships do not check their emails with regularity. Of the 5 dealerships who responded within 2 days of sending it, one would not discuss price via email or phone. We were in a hurry to make a purchase but this dealership wanted us to drive to his location to "talk" about the transaction. We declined. He continued to call, even after we had already purchased a vehicle. A sales person from another dealership sounded very sincere and quoted us a price on a new Pontiac G-6, as well as a ranged for a trade in offer for our son's Jeep (sight unseen, so we knew this would be a variable). We traveled to Danville, KY to talk with this Salesperson, only to walk away after getting the run around on the price discussed on the new G-6 via a phone call. This salesperson later came back down to his original sales offer discussed via phone, but we had already wasted one trip to Danville and had written this dealership off. Meanwhile we had received three other email responses and I had called all of them. Two of the dealerships failed to mention "other" incentives that were available. They only mentioned the "Manufacturer" incentives. Only Jeff Anna and his manager Jamie Toliver of Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac of Florence, KY informed us of every "incentive" available. Not only did they inform us of the GM incentives but they informed us of every possible "incentive" our son could qualify for, including a $500 incentive offered by our own Insurance Company, another $500 for his being a recent college grad, and another $500 Jeff Wyler of Florence, KY also had an additional incentive of their own, in addition to the Manufacturer's incentives (GM). Jeff Anna and Jamie Toliver went out of their way to communicate everything to us via email and phone calls, in arriving at a price to quote us BEFORE we made the hour long drive to Florence, KY. Plus they were able to find competitive financing from a lender who would loan our son $5000 in his name only, with no co-signers. Jeff Wyler Buick Pontiac of Florence, KY also offered our son a trade-in price for his 1998 Jeep Wrangler that was competitive to any of the other dealers who had quoted us a price. We made one trip to Florence KY and closed the deal in less than an hour. Jeff Anna and Jamie Toliver of were up front and honest from the get go and made this purchasing experience the easiest I have ever experienced. Jeff Wyler's hours were also convenient and our son did not have to miss any time from his new job training, and closed the deal about 7:30 p.m. after work one day. He was in a new Pontiac G-6 within a week of my sending the initial generic email. He would have been in it sooner had I not wasted my time with the "run around" from other dealerships. Jeff Anna and Jamie Toliver took me at my word in my email and phone call that "we were in a hurry" and knew that we were comparing prices. They wasted no time of mine.
