I have to say that there was a moment I looked at the car that was ordered for me, the one I thought I had picked out, and said aloud, "this is not my car". I have to give the gentlmen (there were a few helping me) credit for taking care of me at that point. They made sure I got the car I would be happy with. I left the dealership that night, completely happy with the car I was driving home. I am really enjoying my new Ford Flex... what an awesome vehicle! I have continued to get phone calls and emails making sure I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Rusty Eck Ford for those who are looking to find a new or used car. Advice: Be prepared! I did homework before going to find a new car. I knew what I wanted in the vehicle I would purchase (options). I later went home and looked up exactly what my trade in was worth. Check into all rebates and discounts before settling on a price at the dealership.
