Terrible customer service

This dealership was HIGHLY recommended to me when i began to shop around for a new car. Two weeks later, however, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. I've gotten nothing but the run around, and obviously no one believes in returning phone calls to their customers. This is bad customer service..... I am terribly disappointed, and at this point, I wish i could just return the new car and get my trade in back, because the new one hasn't even been financed to date! I'm still paying on a car that is no longer in my possession, and driving a car that isn't mine yet. No one returns calls, after repeated messages requesting so, leaving customers in the dark as to the status of their 'deal'.

Indeed this is how they do business. We didn't have our car financed for 3 months after we purchased it. Stay away from Rusty "Child Screwer" Eck Ford

We are a business comprised of human beings and sometimes we do make mistakes. This exact same thing is happening to me. I have the bank of the car I traded in over 2 weeks ago calling me wanting a payment because Rusty Eck has not paid that loan off yet. I try to call, but get no return calls from the Finance Department. It is going to get to the point that if I don't make a payment on a car that I no longer have in my possession, it is going to affect my credit. Our Sales guy was great, but I feel the Finance department tells you what they need to tell you to get the job done.
