Started shopping online for cars after mine was totaled. Received many quotes online from a variety of dealers. I just stopped by one day to test drive a Sonata and an Elantra. Even though closing soon, I was professionally greeted by Kim. He allowed me to drive a few cars by myself. I left quickly after driving. I had a referral to another delearship but I happened to be in e-mail communication again with Kim and was more impressed with his efficiency and politeness. Because we work busy schedules, we continued to communicate vbia e-mail and hammered out most of the details. Kim was always ready to respond and meet us when needed, including his day off. Kim was straight-forward and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to any one.
