From the day I walked into the showroom I was treated with respect. My questions were answered completely and honestly. There was never any pressure to buy anything. The sales representative, Kim W., went out of his way to find exactly the model I wanted to buy. At my request he cheerfully agreed to negotiate with my daughter, offering her a very competitive price with no hidden extras. Great car, smooth ride, outstanding safety features.
