Smart Toyota of Quad Cities

We purchased a new Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Smart Toyota of the Quad Cities. This model is in high demand, but our Sales Specialist (George) worked hard to find us what we were looking for. He fully answered all of our questions throughout the process. And there was never any high pressure - it was totally positive. We would connect with George for our next Toyota purchase. The dealership also stayed committed to the trade-in value they quoted us for our old car, as the new vehicle was not in stock but arrived just a few weeks after we first spoke with George. The Finance Manager (Nate) was also very helpful in explaining the options for financing and extended warranty. He was also very positive - no high pressure tactics. It was all good!
