Dealership Sales Review
After doing a lot of research online, I took the afternoon off of work to go and test drive a vehicle. After driving it, the salesman told me that another customer had put a hold on the vehicle but that it was only good for 72 hrs and that it was way past that time. We made an appointment for the next day to drive it again and have my husband look at it as well. We live an hour away so it wasn’t a short trip. We showed up and it was all ready for us. When we sat down with the salesman to do the purchasing paperwork he left for a few minutes and came back saying he made a call and the other people still wanted it so now he couldn’t sell it according to his manager, Brenton. Brenton was very unprofessional making faces, etc when he explained his decision even though it was well past the 72 hrs. that a hold is good for. 2 trips and time off of work for this treatment! Another manager of the new cars, came outside and apologized and was very nice and professional.
