Derek always listens to understand what type of vehicle we are looking for. When we arrive at the dealership, he will have several upfront ready for us to look at and compare before taking them for a test drive. His no hassle or pressure approach is why he is the only sales guy I have used at Smart Toyota and am a multiple time repeat customer over the last 13 years.
