Mills Chevrolet

My son was looking for a new car and knew what model he wanted. Mills had the exact car right down to the color. Our salesman, Miguel, was very polite and seemed eager to help. Everything was going well until the sales manager, Ayb, stepped in. He was not a help in any way. He talked down to us and treated us as though we were ignorant. His attitude was this is what we will do and it is as good as you are going to get so you might as well sign now. The car at the time did have some good rebates (from the factory) but he wasn't going to offer anything above that. We showed him prices from another dealer but of course in our stupidity we just didn't understand what that price meant and we would not get that price. The price they offered on our trade-in was also a gift he was giving us and we wouldn't get better. We left. A week later my son is driving the exact same car from another dealer at a better deal. I had a similar experience a couple of years ago when I was looking for a new truck. The scene played out exactly the same and I bought from another local dealer. Arrogance, rudeness and lack of truthfulness will not sell me a car....ever.
