Dealership Sales Review
I went through Mills to buy my first car and have been so disappointed by my quality of service. The check engine light came on as I was pulling out of the lot after purchasing. They said to get in touch and they would fix it. Great, right? Except no one would return my calls or emails for a week. Once I finally made an appointment to bring my car in, I had to wait two hours for someone to help me get a loaner car and trade my keys in so they could take it to get serviced. My sales person forgot about me and didn’t follow up with me until the very very end. I’m still in the dark on my repair and when my car will be done. They didn’t have to fix it but offered so I took them up on it and now have no idea when it will be done. When your speciality is customer service, it seems odd to never return a voicemail or email. I’ve tried to stop in and the people I’m trying to meet with just happen to be gone that day.
