I had appointment to get undercoating and front license plate bracket. Made a week in advance. They did the coating but not the bracket. When I went back they said I would have to make another appointment. This is the third car I have bought from them. This will be the last time I buy from them Customer service is terrible. I have recommended to family and friends but will not any more.
