Carver Toyota of Columbus
Dealership Sales Review
I was working with an internet sales associate and was told one thing (in writing via email I'm willing to share) and then received a very rude and condescending phone call from the GM, Rob Jenne. He later spoke to my husband and apologized for his behavior. We discussed a purchase price and a trade in value and pictures, VIN #, and all other information on the trade was provided. Upon arrival at the dealership (over an hour from our home) we received the equivalent to a bait and switch with the purchase price ONLY being what he committed to with offering $1000 less on my vehicle. This is the reason car sales people have a bad reputation. It's people that are in the business that are dishonest and deceitful and rude. We found a very respectful, honest dealership that we were able to get a fair trade price and a fair purchase price for our new car cash purchase. I highly recommend O'Brien Toyota in Indianapolis. Again, I am willing to share all email correspondence with this company with anyone who would like more details. The bottom line: DO NOT TRUST THEM AND BUY ELSEWHERE.
