Dealership Service Review
My initial contact with your service department was when I was placed in contact with Tamara Smiertelny. I had called your location several times for an oil change only to be directed to your call center in another state that could not provide me with the information I needed. Finally my call was sent to Tamara, who calmed me down, was able to provide me with the information I needed, and I was able to come in and get my oil change. In the process I found out I had two recalls that needed to be addressed A part for one of the recalls was not available so I had to make another appointment for that one. I made an appointment for 1 pm on 7/17/2018. I came in Tamara took excellent care of me, checked me in and she was told by the service department I should be no later than 3:15 pm. I waited a bit, left and came back at 4 pm to pick up my car. She checks on my car and they tell her it will be at least another hour. My car does not get completed until after 5 pm. This is unacceptable. The rest of this is in my previous review entitled "Not happy at all". I want to reiterate the excellent customer service I received from Tamara. She is the only reason I gave Napleton Hyundai another chance. She did everything right. The actual service department that services the cars did not. I also want to mention the new General Manager of this location was amazing. He listened to my complaint, and sincerely apologized and was able to calm me down. I want to thank them both for their excellent customer service.
