Dealership Service Review
I came to Honda today to have a recall taken care of that I had to come back for since they didn't have the part necessary the first time. Time to fix was quoted as 1.5 hrs. My appointment was at 1pm. Left and returned at 4pm. Why am I waiting an additional hour for my car? I am livid. I am greeted with a list of recommendations for my car. Why was that time not spent taking care of the recall? A five point inspection is not necessary since I was just her 3 weeks ago for a oil change, etc. Get it together people!!! I am not trying to spend all day with ya'll! The up side of this is that Tamera was helpful, tried to take care of me with a loaner car, kept me calm and was the voice of reason. She provided excellent customer service. She is really the only reason I came back after the fiasco that is your phone system. One word. RIDICULOUS. Calling for my original visit for a oil change was utterly ridiculous. With that being said, I will not recommend not come back for services or to upgrade. You could learn a lot from Hyundai a few doors down. They know how to get it done in a timely manner.
