Stay Away this place is SHADY!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. At the time of purchasing the vehicle, I was treated as absolutely not a priority and should of walked away. However this was a foreshadow of many more things to come. This review will be based on my purchase experience, service department experience and my extended warranty refund experience. During the time of purchase, the negotiations took forever, way longer than working out a simple car deal has ever taken me, and yes I have purchased many many cars, Indy Auto Man was very frustrating beyond any dealer I have ever dealt with. I do acknowledge that I actual like my salesman, and did get a decent price on a decent car. However, my purchase was not worth it and I wish I had never did business with this place. Service department experience. I do acknowledge and like the service manager Amy she is wonderful, but if it was not for her, nothing would of gotten done at all. At the front desk, both Chandler and Rhianna never answer their direct lines, they never return voicemails. In fact I was jerked around by this place for 90 days now and counting, all over getting a seat fixed as a term of my purchase agreement. From a car purchased at Christmas time, while it is currently it is almost April. After being jerked around for 90 days I decided to just get rid of the vehicle. The whole reason I purchased the vehicle was so I didn't have to worry about working on a vehicle and countless days of driving 3 hours out of my way on my day off, to still not get a seat fixed. Extended warranty - they marked up the sale price of my warranty up over $3,200. Yes they sold me a $800 warranty for $4,000. I know this because they after jerking me around for 90 days over my seat, are now actively jerking me around on refunding my warranty. During the 2-weeks of jerking me around thus far, I reached out directly to the extended warranty company and got their part refunded, and that is how I figured out how much of a mark up they are putting on these things. So to sum it all up I was jerked around at purchase, service, and getting Indy Auto Man to honor their word about refunding my extended warranty, In fact the finance lady Bea has literally told me she had sent my packet over to Ascent (the extended warranty company), the only problem is Ascent has not received ANYTHING from Indy Auto man, even two weeks later. So at this time Indy Auto Man is doing what they do best, dodging, ignoring, and not answering the phone, nor returning calls. I have always bought and had great luck with used cars, but Indy Auto Man really did me in on this one, I traded my used car in for a new one all over this experience. So if you would like to have a terrible story like my story to become your new story then by all means, just go do business with Indy Auto Man. Otherwise, there are plenty of used cars out there and there is no reason for one to subject themselves to such a ridiculous situation.
