Too Concern with Gotcha Versus Servicing the Customer

onI have never found it more difficult to spend over $50,000. I offered to purchase a vehicle at full prince over the phone first thing at opening. After multiple layers to speak with an induvial that could actually act upon the offer, I was called back five hours later to be told that someone had came into the dealership and purchased the vehicle before they could speak to their manager. They pushed and pushed for me to come in and test drive, however, I just wanted to purchase and pickup. You only get one first impression and the Napleton Kia of Fishers is poor customer service as best.
