Napleton Kia of Fishers
Dealership Sales Review
My wife and I live in NC and purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango from salesperson Gee @ Napleton Kia of Fishers, IN. Gee sent us photographs of the vehicle upon request which showed zero damage to the body of the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle at the asking price and arranged for a carrier service to deliver the vehicle. Upon pickup @ Napleton, the carrier driver, James, took photographs of the vehicle which showed a sizeable dent and deep scratches in the front bumper along with scratches on the driver rear quarter-panel. We were never called or notified Napleton had an accident in our vehicle. Chad Ingram signed the delivery paperwork acknowledging fault for the damage. To add insult to injury, the vehicle also arrived without the 2nd key fob or temporary tags. It took three days before we were able to get someone to answer the phones at Napleton and finally email us the tag. We were told by 'Ray' in March we would receive a check for $1597.72 to repair the vehicle. Ray also stated he would pay for detailing the vehicle as it arrived filthy both inside and out. To date we have been shown a picture of a $1500 check request signed by Klaryssa. We have also not received a license plate. We have either been hung up on or given the runaround countless times. We have left innumerable messages and not one person outside of Klaryssa has ever returned any of our calls or reached out to us. We have left numerous messages with both the GM, Mike Foster and Chad Ingram. And we have never been able to find 'Ray' who we were was told was the Regional Manager. At this point we have filed with the BBB in the hopes someone, anyone, at this dealership has the moral and ethical fortitude to do the right thing by acknowledging their mistake and making it right.
