Napleton Kia of Fishers

I had been preparing for a bad experience for 2 weeks. I knew exactly the vehicle we wanted. We were upside down on our other vehicle and knew it was not going to be pretty. I reached to out Kia Napleton (Fishers HWY 37) and spoke with Jen Nazarian. Explained my situation and that I didn't have time to get into a negotiation game and just wanted everything put on the table ASAP. I arrived at 9am on Saturday and Jen had my VIP parking spot and introduced me to our sales rep, Mark Meguiar. Mark went to work and jumped right into the numbers and searched for all the rebates he could find. Mark was awesome and not pushy at all. Financing went super easy and they have an electronic signing process which was sorta fun~! Video al all.
