Victor Ford

I was looking for a 2015 Ford Flex, but they seemed hard to come by. We had gone to two other dealerships and they dismissed us. I found a used 2014 at Victor Ford and looked at it but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. They happily offered to try to locate a new 2015 for me and within 10 minutes made me a very fair offer. It was the simplest car-buying experience I have every had! Everyone bent over to make sure this was a pleasant experience, from Kyle, who sold me the car, to Clint the manager, Mark who delivered the car on a day Kyle wasn't working, to the finance guy whose name I can't remember. No hard sell, just a very fair offer and great experience.
