They are always very nice and friendly. I had an issue with my explorer after getting an oil change in Oct . Jon came and brought me a loaner and took my car back to the shop and fixed the issue (a lady bug in the air filter causing the car to on die on the highway) he brought me my car to my house because I had plans for the weekend and the loaner wasn't big enough for 6 people. He didn't have to do that, he could have let it go and I would of had to changes my plans.
