Napleton's Volkswagen of Urbana

We just purchased a 2018 Passat from Idris. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Napleton's (formerly Obrien's) and we are very happy. Our previous salesman is no longer at the VW dealership. Idris worked with us to replace our 2008 Passat. He was very patient and professional as my wife test drove several cars. After the sale Idris explained all the technology and features of the car to our satisfaction. We plan to keep this car for many years. When it's time for another new vehicle I hope Idris is still at Napleton's VW, as we will definitely be back.
