$5k Market adjustment

Sales rep was nice, not pushy. Gave a half-way promise to waive $5k market adjustment if we purchased. We were ready to pay MSRP as our best offer. Rep claimed that the 'nice' manager was away and only lowered market adjustment by $2k and offered fabric treatment for 50%. Sorry, no.
