Bianca at Napleton in Urbana is by far the greatest saleswoman of all time. Very knowledgeable and honest and guided us in the right direction to purchase a brand new Kia. She made us feel very comfortable and really took the edge off of a major purchase with her lovely personality as well as her wit and humor. If I could buy cars for fun everyday, I would want Bianca selling them to me as well.
