The Service Consultant, Brendon Pacheco, who handled my vehicle's work was courteous, professional, and kept me informed. There were no high-pressure sales. Brendon got the initial problem fixed quickly (new starter), and then walked me through some maintenance options available. He helped me decide which were best, and I did have some of the additional recommended preventative maintenance work performed. I'm sure I'll be glad I did down the road.
