Was in and out within 30-Minutes once checked in, but I thinks it's crazy that Jeep would charge their customers a fee to turn on power (through a software update) to the ALREADY factory Installed Tow Hitch Wiring. Then try to charge $170 for a 15-minute software update... Talk about nickle and diming your customers. You pay +$40K for their vehicle and you have to pay them to turn power on to the already Installed wiring harness... I mean it's not like they don't promote the Jeep Grand Cherokee as a Vehicle with "Best in Class" towing performance.
