I was greeted by Max Gardocki and from the beginning he had a great attitude and was more than willing to address my concerns. I had several issues with my 2017 Jeep Compass that I had inquired about on several visits prior. I had been told before that due to the issues not being present when they checked the vehicle they didn't have any concern. I was able to show Max a video of my subwoofer making a irregular noise and they weren't able to get it to repeat the same noise however due to Max's diligence they replaced my subwoofer. I also had a cracked molding on the drivers seat repaired. They fixed the noise due to sway bar links, installed a new engine due to it consuming more than it should, and put in two new batteries. I was put in a loaner vehicle and didn't have to put any charge on my credit card for an Enterprise vehicle as I have had to do in the past. Overall experiences from the past made me never want to purchase anything from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ever again. However due to this refreshing different experience I have completely changed my mind and now plan to purchase my vehicle once my loan is complete. Max Gardocki did an excellent job at keeping me updated with the process and really went the extra mile to address the issues with my car. His top notch customer service and friendly attitude really made me want to keep my business with the same company!
