They say one thing and change everything that was said with several excuses! Advice don’t go here!

Mrs. Gathe, I appologize about your experience. As we discussed while here we are not able to provide you a loaner vehicle over the weekend for you to take to your son's college while we perform a simple two hour recall. Our offer still stands that we will be happy to pick the vehicle up at your con vience and bring it to our location perform the recall and return it to you later the same day. We will also provide you a loaner for the time period that we have the vehicle which should be no longer than 2.0 hours. I tired to reschedule this service for you as you were leaving, but was unable to, so if you would like to schedule it please reach out to me directly at 815-460-3910 this is my direct line.
