Sam the GM is the guy to talk to

onI am updating this review on Sam's promise that he will fix the top of my car. Went into Ford last night and spoke with Sam, the general manager, who seemed generally concerned about the issue. Instead of just sending us on our way, he took time to look at my car and agreed Ford should fix the damage. He is currently working on getting everything covered and has gone above and beyond to also get me a better boot for the top that will protect it better when it is down and won't cause this damage again. I am pleased that Sam is taking care of this but do wish the service team worked like him. Thank you Sam.
