Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg

I went to Zeigler because they quoted me a great price on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. The other dealerships I got quotes from for the same vehicle were sooo much higher. So I went in to see if I can get one at the price I was quoted. As soon as I stepped in and met Kenny, everything from then on there went beyond what I was used to getting from other dealership experiences. They honored everything they quoted, gave me a great price on my trade in, explained all my options, and figured out what would be the best option for me. It was non stressful, and actually fun! How all car buying experiences should be! I had to custom order my vehicle, but I received a call from Kenny a couple days later saying they were getting one exactly like the one I was going to order and wanted to know if I wanted that one instead of waiting the 2+ months for my custom order. Now they easily could of said, "Hey we got a custom order here, already with money down, who cares how long it takes for him to get his vehicle, we can sell this one now and get another sale". But they didn't. Kenny and their sales team offered me this vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait those 2+ months. I got the vehicle yesterday and we went over all the features of the vehicle and Kenny even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Financing, Al was great explaining everything they offered and what would be my best options for me and my driving experiences. We even went over the different payment terms to see how much I would be saving to choose the right one. We even went over the final numbers and they were all right. There was no pressure or hidden agendas at all! They looked out for me as if they were buying the car. Again, couldn't have had a better experience there. I love my Jeep and can't thank them enough for how I was treated! My girlfriend was with me through all this, and when she upgrades her Jeep, that's the first place we are going and Kenny is going to be our choice to deal with. She also agrees it was the best experience shes had with a dealership. We left there happy and excited about our purchase....not feeling disgusted and worthless like some other dealerships leave you feeling. I definitely recommend you stop at Zeigler first before any other dealership. A++
