I never thought I was gonna walk out with my dream car because Jeep Wranglers are so expensive.. so I looked at cheaper options & I went to a few dealerships before Jeep. When My bf & I walked into the Jeep dealership, the vibes were super fun with good music playing. It was like a party in there. Zuly, came to assist us & we really liked her. She was super chill, very nice! Wasn’t pushy salesman. I chose to finance with 0 down because it’s not a good time to buy right now with the car shortages. However, the monthly payments were above my budget even with the cheaper options like the Jeep renegade. Mason, one of the managers came to talk pricing with us & my bf mentioned that I really wanted the wrangler not the renegade but it was out of my budget. Mason said they may be able to get the price down because higher MSRP is better for lease options. I said get me the Wrangler around $500 a month & we’ll talk! I left the dealership because I was overwhelmed with car shopping & went to a nearby restaurant. I told them I would be close & to call me if he got the price down to $500 a month. Zuly & Mason both called me that night giving me options around my price range! I was still hesitant, so he told me to come back in the morning. Long story short, I went back & got my dream car! He kept his word on the offers they gave me the night prior. I even told them to throw in the all weather mats (because I live in Chicago). Zuly was awesome, very kind. Only negative I would say is the process took over 4hrs. I was starting to get hangry & Max the aftermarket director told them to get me some food! Bria came over & gave me pizza (which was really good) so I felt better. Overall would recommend buying from here again! Just maybe cut the time in half for the whole process I could’ve sold 4 cars in 4+ hours lol Mason was great manager. Zuly even went to move my new car & put in the plates in the pouring rain so I would get wet! There was literally a tornado warning!
