Have been a customer of Woodfield Lexus since 1998 and have always received excellent service. The advisors are top-notch and always explain what the service will include and the cost, as well as the approximate time for the service.. Waiting in the comfortable lounge and having access to hot and cold beverages and snacks is a nice perk. If the service will take much longer than expected a loaner vehicle is usually available to allow for doing other things. One is always made to feel welcome as a valued customer. I highly recommend Woodfield Lexus!
