After filling out the previous survey, an accounting of starter issues, I was contacted by the Gjovik service mgr to bring my truck back for further chks of the starter. They afforded a loaner car and by days end the next day, they had resolved the starter issue by replacing the starter and flywheel. They also corrected the issue with a new key&fob. I must say Gjovik Ford is the first dealer service center that has gone the distance to treat their customer right. They kept me aprised of the steps taken and concluded the repairs in a very timely fashion. Thank You Gjovik Sercice for a job well done
