First time dealing w/Jgovik Ford i.e. New customer

onPurchased 2012 F150 Supercrew in 11/2014. It was missing one key w/ remote fob but I was told I would get a discount on a replacement. Got a standard key, no fob remote and paid full price for it. 2nd, the night I picked it up the starter missed a tooth on the flywheel and just ground away till I shut it off. It did it two more times before the first service. I told Service what it was doing. When it was finished, no one really chked it, just gave me a # for 24 hr towing. I've worked on my own vehicles for yrs, probably a chipped gear tooth. The recent scheduled service was excellent.
