I came in, overdue for an oil change, and potentially due for routine maintenance. I handed my keys over to the gentleman I had seen there many times before and said that I needed an oil change and whatever else I was due for or they found needed to be done. Another customer laughed and remarked that's the worst thing I could have said. I replied that yes, it's something I wouldn't say anywhere but here, because I trust them here. I purchased my '08 Mariner at Gjovik in 2010 and have had all routine maintenance and any necessary work done at the dealer or Quicklane. They have all the records and know when I'm due for recommended maintenance but balance that with the inspections done every time I bring my vehicle in. So if some service is recommended at a certain mileage, they check to see if I actually need it. And they recommend the best option but always give me options. It's worth saying that everyone I've interacted with at Quicklane is professional, relatable, and efficient. My experiences have been nothing but positive and truly exceptional.
