Yes, the service is probably cheaper elsewhere but I think you get what you pay for. Lexus of Orland services Lexus not every make & model. I believe that is important. The work is always completed correctly, on time or if not with notice as soon as possible. A loaner is provided if the service is greater than 2 hours. Nick, my service writer, is professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explains all the services needed or recommended including costs and time required.
