Poor customer service

I had cabin filter change when i get the car back there was a whirring sound from the blower as i was told because debris went in during filter change and because the filter was dirty, even show me a photo. But isn't that why i had the car there to get a clean filter? Manager joe? Said "oh there is something living in your filter" This is the service i got .
