I bought my certified Lexus sedan two years ago. The two year free routine service expired soon so I scheduled an appointment. Intake was well organized and I met with a service representative who was professional and thorough. He warned that due to some unexpected work on earlier appointments that it might take several hours. I called my wife for a ride home. Later I received a call saying the front brakes needed replacing so I okayed that. After six years and 41,000 miles that’s good brake life. I received a call when my car was ready and paid through the service rep. Again, everything was explained thoroughly and my car was washed and the interior cleaned. This is a great dealership!
