From the time I entered the service area, the service team, led by Joe Pervazas, made me feel very welcome and interested in my car. Starting with resetting the time clock right when I told him it was off one hour. Then discussing the recommended service procedures for my car at 18,000 miles. I opted to go ahead with realignment based on his advice and the fact that I just completed a trip from Key Largo, Fl to Palos Park this past Wednesday and knew we went over many potholes along the way. I enjoyed waiting in the lounge while service was completed. And then when I paid my bill, the receptionist asked if there was anything else she could help me with. That's when I brought up something I had brought up on two previous visits. When I bought my car in the fall of 2017, I was only given one key. I did not realize this until I came in for my first maintenance visit. Although I spoke to an administrator that time who said he would get back to me, nothing happened. Well, this time the issue was solved. There was a key in stock and it was programmed for my car. I really felt good that my concern was taken care of in a kind and efficient manner. Thank you.
