I completely agree with the other customer. The sales team sucks...especially the sales manager, Pete. He makes promises and doesn't follow through. He never even returns phone calls. They offer take it or leave it prices because they know that in that area there are wealthy people that they can take advantage of. Working with "regular" people is not their style. Pete, be honest up front...stop hiding behind your sales team. I too, purchased a car from another dealer. It's a Lexus dealer with a salesteam full of integrity and who gives good deals.
