Great service department and personnel

onTreated respectively by personnel at the service center. Have been bringing my wife's Soul here to be serviced since we bought it Dec. 2015. If I wasn't happy with the service, would I keep coming back for 8 years? John Kainz, the service manager, made me feel comfortable the first time I met him. Whenever they had suggested something, never felt as if I was being strong armed into something. When the time comes will return for another Kia.
