Service was great. It was a bad spark plug from the factory. We had to come back as the other spark plugs ended up getting my bad too, so the problem resurfaced a day later. It was taken care of, they asked chrysler for help when needed. He communicated with me about things that were going on. Gave me a loaner car for 3 days.
