Apparently, I made an appointment for service at Gerald Ford when I intended to make the appointment for Gearld KIA. When I appeared and was not on their schedule, they were gracious and called Gerald Ford to change the appointment. While I waited a while, they fit me into their busy schedule on that same day which I very much appreciated. Always, their service is excellent.
