Professional and No Pressure

onAs a former Customer Service Trainer, I evaluate this with an especially critical eye. Your employees made a good first impression with their clothing and grooming. They communicated clearly and respectfully. They performed their work efficiently. I was told by the scheduler that the work could take up to four hours, and it was completed in an hour and a half. Your facility was clean and welcoming. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure regarding future service needs unlike my experience with other dealers. The overall atmosphere was very professional. I'd use you more if your location was more convenient for me.
