BUYER BEWARE!! Bought a used GMC Acadia a couple years back because of their lifetime warranty . My wife and I were lied to while sign loan agreement and know they’re not honoring warranty and we’re out of pocket almost 12,000 dollars. Initially , we called Gerald for service and they recommended to take Acadia to gmc dealer. When we told the gmc dealer we were there for our lifetime warranty work, he told us that these warranties are not what they are cracked up to be and usually try a reject for any reason. I wouldn’t suggest buying any vehicles from them especially if you think they’ll honor their lifetime warranty. They’ll deceive you to sell the vehicle and brag about having best warranties but yon’ll pay down the road.
